A LIFE CHANGING BOOK: THE FOUR AGREEMENTS BY DON MIGUEL RUIZ
So happy to share our first blog entry today in over 6 years . . . WE'RE BACK!!! I was blessed to be invited to participate in a BLM Rocket Yoga Certification Program. Among the strenuous 30 day workout program, lectures, filming, and learning the yoga sequences, the true highlight of this journey has definitely been the readings. As students, we were assigned the book, The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom by Don Miguel Ruiz and it has deeply changed my perception of the world and my role in it. This book provides four (4) core ideals to help individuals navigate their belief systems to create/manifest their "Heaven on Earth" and understand how a lot of the personal issues we deal with stem from our programmed fears. This book became so profound to me that I have halted my time frame of finishing my certification because I was inspired to concentrate on my internal (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) work. It was so a joy and provided so much of a drastic positive change in my life that I had to share the read with hubby and he fell in love with the messages. We have now official introduced, The Four Agreements to our core members and they have falling in love and created a new journey for themselves with newfound knowledge.
